Everything you need to know for your stay: how to get here, how arrival and departure work, and our house rules.
Directions
The apartment is at Klinglerau 5 (apartment Top 1, ground floor), 5760 Saalfelden — officially just inside Saalfelden, but practically on the edge of Maria Alm; we always say Maria Alm ourselves. From the Netherlands it's about a 10-hour drive: via Munich and Salzburg towards Bischofshofen, then via the B164 to Maria Alm.

The apartment has one private parking space. If you come with two cars, there's also an open area where you can park freely.
Arrival & departure
Rental is per week, Saturday to Saturday: arrival from 3 pm, departure by 10 am. We'll arrange the key handover with you personally.
House rules
It is and remains our family home — a few agreements keep it enjoyable for everyone:
- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment
- Pets are welcome — please let us know in advance
- Please keep skis and ski boots in the ski room in the basement
- You dispose of household waste (including glass and paper) yourself
- Please leave the kitchen — including oven and dishwasher — clean
- Lost key: € 20 fee
