Our home in the mountains
Sonnenwiese isn't a rental business — it's our own holiday home, and we love sharing it with guests who enjoy it as much as we do. You'll find everything you have at home, with the mountains as your back garden. In winter you're on the slopes within minutes; in summer you walk straight out into the meadows and mountain trails.

Winter
On the slopes within minutes
The ski bus stops three hundred metres from the door and the nearest lift is a five-minute drive. Beyond it lies the Hochkönig region: a hundred and fifty kilometres of piste, from gentle blues to serious runs. There is cross-country skiing, tobogganing and winter walking too.

Straight from the door into the meadows
A loop through the flower meadows before breakfast, or a full day out in the massif — no need to get in the car first. And if you would rather skip the climb, the cable car takes you up.
